Effective workouts are all about variety in my opinion. Not just for your muscles, but for your sanity as well. I switch between following a plan and not, depending on how I feel. Sometimes, I just like the freedom of getting to switch it up whenever I get bored of a program. If you’re getting bored in the gym, get some variety in your routine! It doesn’t have to be boring, it just has to work!
