I took this video the other day when I was feeling super confident in my body🙌🏻
Where as today I was stressing cause hated everything I put on and couldn’t get a paid of jeans on 😳😳

I have been bulking for a about a month now, 
I am not going to lie but I haven’t felt much has changed. I am going to have to up my calorie intake again!

I want to get as strong as I can over the next few months of my bulk. 
I want to build more muscle on my upper half of my body! I want my legs to grow and of course get a bit more of 🍑🍑gains

My main focus would deffo be my upper as it isn’t that great!

Then I will be cutting in the new year and seeing what I have underneath 😈

During a bulk you are going to gain a little bit of extra fat but that is ok! 
You should love every step of your journey! 
Love your body no matter what and remember that you rock! 
Plus it’s getting cold so need that extra fluffiness to keep you want especially if you’re single like me and don’t have someone to cuddle😸😉

• Just a random pic from a video I took today for a body update - I’m still thinking about sharing it here or making a new one with some more dress on.
Unfortunately the past few weeks have been full of rude messages from pervs asking for “naughty pictures” and I don’t really believe this is the aim of this profile so I’ll probably pay more attention of the content I’m sharing.
Anyway, growing season is going so good, so much food and training 6x week. Tomorrow I’ll start a new phase, I’ll keep you updated ❤️ •

Getting hungry for that pro card 😬. Competing is a passionate hobby of mine, and hasn’t fully turned into a job. I have another profession (OT) and 3 children. Im confident I can do it all in time, but i think I have a unique approach. Maybe I’m wrong, but it seems like  most pros are not moms, or even married. And when they are, it’s somehow they’re job/training/coaching/sponsorships, etc. I guess bc it can’t be #1 on my list it makes me nervous... like i don’t deserve it or something. Which is a joke at the same time,... bc what is there to deserve? A trophy? Bragging rights? It sure as hell isn’t money lol! I think it’s just #progress that i want. My approach with cables is usually 15-20 reps with a 1-2 second hold on the contraction. Nice and smooth release back to the starting position.
