The bird-- It's all in how you slice it. Sharpen your carving skills this Thanksgiving with our how-to guide below: ⠀
1) Pull the leg away from the body, slice through the meat directly to the joint and chop straight down to separate.⠀
2) Use your knife to find where the wing is connected to the body, chop and separate from the body.⠀
3) Follow the breastbone and make one continuous cut. Remove the breast in one solid piece.⠀
4) Slice across the breast as shown to desired thickness ⠀
