It's HUMP DAY.
But that brings me to the topic of this post. Motivation. Just because it's half way over doesn't mean you stop pushing, not just in a fitness aspect, but throughout life in general. Don't get comfortable and grind harder than the day before. Figure out the why and use it as the how. Lack of motivation won't get you anywhere and you'll get stuck. So kill the rest of this week and keep moving forward🤘🏻
