We are proud to announce that our WINNER is Tom Berkefeld! Tom absolutely turned his nutrition around and set out to reduce body fat and increase muscle mass. In 8 weeks Tom reduced his body weight by 2.3kgs, added a total of 6.2cms over his chest, arms, legs. He also reduced his waist/hips by a combined total of 4.5cms. Tom met all of the criteria with outstanding results. PT Paul kept Tom accountable and on track. Even though the 8 week challenge has finished Tom still engages in weekly PT sessions pushing it to the limit. Well done Tom!
Congratulations to our runner up Jin Gong. Jin has achieved amazing results with her PT Bright and decreased her body weight by 4.4kgs. Jin also had great results reducing her overall measurements as well. Jin is extremely consistent with her PT and Small Group Training sessions. Prior to the 8WC Jin had rounded shoulders with poor posture - now all of that is in the past and has more confidence as a result. Jin is now enjoying her summer break overseas and will get back into Personal Training and Small Group Training with her PT Bright on her return. Well done Jin!
