Whole 30 Day 20: Meal 3 // Shredded Brussels Sprout Thai Chicken Salad. I modified a recipe I found online by omitting edamame, and adding chicken. This dressing made the salad though! It was made with almond butter, rice wine vinegar, coconut aminos, chili paste, garlic, and ginger. Since the recipe didn't actually include chicken I just sautéed some chicken tenders with coconut aminos and it worked perfectly with the Thai flavors. Don't be afraid to modify recipes to suit your needs!
