Training my long term client, Virginia!
🏋️We started training together several months ago and has really come a long way performance wise. She was always working out in shape, but by doing key movements using body weight and free weights, we’ve been able to tone up, get a lot stronger, AND got rid of her nagging shoulder pain!
🤔It’s important to have a workout diverse I different types of movements. We had her doing explosive shoulder press using the hips and shoulders, body weight rows (she got tired during the end 😂) and some chest flys to finish off! Afterwards we went into the battle ropes and some ab work.
🔥🔥Keep it simple but keep it diverse. The movements don’t have to be crazy but work on the main areas of fitness. Strength, endurance, cardio, and flexibility....WHILE staying INJURY FREE because you can’t make gains from your bed room 🔥🔥
