Current body stats. Getting less lean each day, but it's ok. Abs are blurring out, striations are... wait , what striations? 😂 I'm still fairly lean right now but it's not gonna last because my caloric intake has increased.
Fitness goals: Get stronger and work on getting better muscle symmetry .
A lot of people are asking when will I step on stage again... those who asked are people who don't get me. Or never read my posts.
I've said this many times, I don't train to compete. My life does not evolve getting ready for stage. I've been training for 15 years, 2018 will mark the 16th year since I stepped into a gym.
I only stepped on the WPD stage in 2014!! Which means I was training for 12 years before that.
I have competed 3 times in WPD and won before but so what? It does not define who I am and it's not the foundation in which I go to the gym for.
I'm NOT putting down competitions or anyone who's preparing for one. Some people are driven by it, some are not. It's no big deal. Ultimately it's what you want for yourself.
I really want to take 2018 off. 2017 was supposed to be my off year. Off meaning no competitions.. I don't mean over eating and letting go.
I don't intend to get 'shredded' for 2018. I will get strong AF and I will enjoy the process and all that comes with it.
I do intend to lean out for my summer in Europe. Not contest lean of course . Just lean enough to feel good in my bikini. Sounds like a great plan to me.💗💪🏾
Train your posterior muscles harder and more often that your anterior muscles so that you actually give anyone who is jealous more of a reason to be jealous when you're ahead of them.
