Anyone else spend the weekend with sweet family for an early Thanksgiving? If you know me, you know I am such a "family first" kind of girl. I love them. I think they are awesome. And this verse is what my prayer is over them. "May the Lord bless you and keep you; may the Lord make His face shine on you and be gracious to you; may the Lord turn His face toward you and give you peace." - That all being said, I know the holidays can be tenuous times for people who don't get along with their family as well as they would like. This verse? Pray it. Bless them even when you don't want to or feel like it. I bet you walk away feeling better than you could've hoped or imagined! - As always, the link for this print is in my bio!
I’m weird, i cannot do things for money i am not passionate about. Some people are paper chasers, I’m a passion chaser. For being rich is not my goal, enjoying my life is. A life worth living with style worth having. Pleasing to Him & fulfilling for me. Happy Monday. |Inclub Magazine | Movies Only society | PC | WIMTS|
Thank you Lord, for SUDDENLY!!!!!! Who needs to know that the God who performs miracles and makes His power known among the nations is ABLE!!!! Listen! The LORD's arm is not too weak to save you, nor is his ear too deaf to hear you call. The righteous cry out, and the LORD hears them; He delivers them from all their troubles. Praise the God who hears you! Praise the God who delivers you! Praise God like you KNOW and BELIEVE that He is the God who goes before you making the crooked places straight, breaking down doors, and cutting through gates to rescue you and position you where He pleases. Praise the God of wonders. Praise the God who is there. Praise the God who shields you with favor. Praise the God who is mighty to save!
SOMEBODY needs to stop playing and start PRAISING. Praise the God who is worthy to be praised!
Dear Heavenly Father,
We’re always thankful for family, sunshine, good food, friends, happiness, health, and a roof over our heads.
Dirty laundry not so much–until we’re reminded that these clothes are a gift. The reason we have a pile of laundry is because we are blessed with drawers full of clothes.
We’re not thankful for dirty dishes until we’re reminded that we have food in the cupboards and much food in our tummies.
We’re not thankful for fingerprints all over the fridge until we’re reminded that wonderful people live in this home.
We’re not thankful for messy beds to make, and sheets to wash, until we’re reminded that we have comfortable beds to sleep in at night.
We’re not thankful for the mess in our living room until we’re reminded that life happens here.
One look around our home and we’re reminded that life is good and that all things are worth giving thanks for.
Through the ups and the downs, the clean and the messy, the good and the bad, the better or worse… may we always give thanks.
In the name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you. – 1 Thessalonians 5:18, KJV
