🙌Can you believe that today was the first day I actually asked everyone but myself, if I should accomplish everything I set out to do today?
Not that I was asking permission but I'm at the line of "feeling better but got sniffles" 🤔 and "feeling like no energy but should sweat it off 💦".
I just wasn't sure but my body needed a good detox so yeah, I felt better after the training. .

I made a decision to start over on a clean slate because I was sick (and still am but in good recovery).🤗
I missed 3 days of my program and that's just too much! I was still able to hop on my part time job, meal prep for babe, check in on my team and empowerment group and still get this in so I'm conquering right now. 💪👑
