It should have been the time of my life, but inside I felt terrible! I knew I was over weight and had NO self esteem at all! I felt worthless cause I considered myself to be a "fat" girl! How could I be happy with myself looking like this?
Well the pic on the right is from about 10 days ago where I put my heart and soul into a 21 day program! I followed the nutrition plan and completed all of the workouts!
Yes, there is a difference in the physical aspect of me, but the BIGGEST change is the transformation on the inside of me!
I know I am NOT worthless and have a true purpose in life! I know that whatever I put my mind to, I will accomplish! I know that the goals I possess, I WILL achieve!
The biggest change is the mindset that I possess for myself! I can...I will...I must!
I know I can achieve whatever I put my mind too! I truly believe in ME!

Week two and I'm kinda over school😂😴 got all 100% obviously should be able to keep those at 92-100% for the rest of the 8 weeks🙏🏽 just I get so tired in school it's hard to go hard in the gym after😪
Training is going alright not amazing but I think I'm gonna start trying harder to bulk cause I succkkkkkk at it💯💯 but starting tomorrow I'm pretty much gonna try to eat everything in sight. My problem is my appetite I just don't got a great one! Eating isn't easy for me and pretty much I have an insane matabolism so I combine those both and I stay shredded year round💪🏽 it's fun in all and being shredded is fun but I'm chasing some new PR's and there's no stopping me now⏳#shredded#bulkto170
