For a long time I have been in control of my thoughts, most times too many thoughts. So I learned to meditate, but always remained in control. Through losing some people in my life this year, really set the wheels rolling.
Trying to get a hold of thoughts has been increasingly difficult and finding balance between work, home, and personal life has deemed difficult the last few months.
I've changed, my thoughts have changed, my goals have changed...yet parts of me remain the same.
I have been trying to adapt to the changes happening and trying to make other changes, has brought dark clouds and confusion to my life. I am hopeful and full of faith that this is happening solely to bring what I need into my life.
I am being told NOW is the time.
I am changed by the events of our world, events of my life... and I share this because I know I am not alone. And while I feel there are different reasons to feeling this way, and I absolutely hate feeling this way. I am hopeful... Do I feel great right now? No.
But I know in time I will feel better.
Do I feel stuck? Yes.
Life, love, work, time freedom, financial freedom, but I am making changes (not all easy) to help most of those situations.
Do I feel helpless? No. I know change is possible, seek it if you are not happy with your current situation. Be grateful And Pray... And asking for support from family and friends when you need it, is something we should be able to do.
Do I have all the answers? Nope.
One step at a time is all I need to do to be moving in the right direction.
I remain positive and will continue positive posts, because I feel it is a necessary thing in life!! However, my point is, if you have stuck around this long ... is that whatever you may be going through... be hopeful, be faithful and grateful. Pray and be mindful to your thoughts. Our thoughts breed more of the same thinking.
So our mindset is so important when it comes to our own wellbeing. And with that...I am off to workout.
