Some well needed R&R today at @thekclubireland
💁🏼 After what has been an incredibly stressful few months, a week of holidays was well needed. If I'm being honest, I've worked myself completely into the ground the last few months so taking a little break is doing me the world of good.
Currently not dieting, meal planning or tracking macros, just eating intuitively.
Having a glass of wine or some chocolate if I want but in no way over indulging.
Training hard but not killing myself to get every single session in, if I only train 5 times a week I think I'll survive 😂
I had come to a point a few weeks back where I hated going to the gym, hated dieting and how I was looking. It's only now I can see a lot of that was stress and once I pulled back and shifted my priorities to what really mattered, I'm getting back to myself again. I'm enjoying my training, enjoying time with my family and friends and yeah obviously I'm in no way shredded, but I'm the leanest and most energetic I've been in a long time. It's taken a long time but finally managed to get some balance back into my life ✌🏻 Now that I'm all zen again 😂, time for a chilled few days and a lot of wine with @ian__sheridan__
