Finally benching 40kg 3 sets for 8-10reps and getting some nice size on my upper body 👍 nothing beats that boss feeling when you graduate from tiny 5kg plate weights to mean 10kg plates🙌👊👊 hahaha unless thats just me😝 🙃 -
Another day done! Back and biceps 💪 tonight! Morning workouts seem to be escaping me but at least it’s done now!
I’m trying to push up my weights on the moves. Some go well and some not so well.
But it’s all ok. Slow progress is better than no progress and I’m not totally sure but I think I might be seeing a lil something growing on that there bicep 💪 !?!?! What do you think?
Hold the vision. Trust the process.
Be patient with yourself! Remember, we are all at different stages in our journey, so don’t get discouraged! I remember when I first started really lifting weights with my husband, I would leave the gym crying (no joke) because I was so discouraged with my slow progress.
The best thing you can do is be consistent and love yourself! ❤️🤗❤️
