There are many things to be thankful for, not just today, but every single day of your life. One of the things that I’m so thankful for is, time. With time were able to do so many things. You’re given time to experience all that is around you, promoting growth into becoming who you want to be and understanding who you are, your purpose. We have time to invest in the people we love so dearly, to create memories with those who’ve made a significant impact in our life. You have the time to reach for the stars, to make your dreams become a reality, to find love, to learn from your failures, to build new friendships, to travel, and many more. There is abundance with time in itself. Be thankful everyday day that you get that opportunity. I love you all, Happy Thanksgiving! 🍂
No Thanksgiving dinner for me today (we don’t celebrate it where I live) but it doesn’t mean I can’t have some treats 🤗 FOOD DIARY for you here below 👇🏼🍔🍒🥑😍 It was a rough week in general but I did my best to stick to my nutrition plan and although it was challenging to go on with my workout schedule, I incorporated a few morning sessions before heading to work. But this food diary only shows that sometimes I also give myself a break as I am only a human, I have cravings and I don't eat 100% clean every day. Here is what I had (it’s my standard working day with my lunchboxes and my workout done in the early morning 💪🏼💦): 🍯 Pre-workout: whey protein from @womensbest (Black Friday Sale up to 50% off is on, don’t miss it 🙌🏼💕), 🍯 Breakfast: 2 eggs and 2 egg whites omelette with red and green bell peppers, one slice of gluten free bread, 1 tbls of butter, cherry tomatoes and cucumber, 🍯 Lunch 1: Chipotle inspired bowl: basmati rice, baked chicken, black beans, avocado and fried red pepper with onion, 🍯 Lunch 2: Chipotle inspired bowl: basmati rice, baked chicken, black beans, avocado and fried red pepper with onion, 🍯 Dinner: sushi - salmon cheese avocado rolls, 🍯 Cravings: bowl of Haagen-Dazs Vanilla Caramel Brownie ice cream.
My full day of eating was 2'543 calories all together. I burned 423 calories during my morning session 🏋🏼♀️🤗 #womensbest#blackfriday#fooddiary#mealprep#nutrition

🍣Salmón a la plancha con salteado de vegetales y frijoles negros! 🍚
Fue mi almuerzo de hace días y no les había dejado la receta en un post 🙈! literalmente fue un almuerzo de 20 min gracias al #mealprep 😜
➡️Tenia ya cortado:
Pimentón verde y amarillo, apio, brocoli, coliflor, zucchini, cebolla en julianas.
▶️Salteé en un sarten previamente engrasada con una pizca de aceite de coco el pimentón y luego fui agregando en el siguiente orden: la cebolla, el apio, brocoli, coliflor y 1/3 de taza de frijoles negros igual listo; revuelven muy bien, agrega especies (yo agregue oregano, albahaca, perejil, ajo, pimienta, cilantro, sal y comino) y listo el salteado!! ➡️Para el salmón: Lo adobe con mostza dijon, pimienta, ajo y el mix de pescado de @tomacol lo lleve a la plancha hasta que estuviera por ambos lados y la textura deseada y listo!😍🙌 Encima mango maduro picado + 🌿 germinados + ajonjolí y unos tomates cherries.
