I’ll take one of everything thanks 🙋🏼I am not normally one to buy souvenirs when I travel, but I literally could have filled suitcases and emptied my bank accounts shopping at the Souks in Marrakech. •••
Tell me- what do you normally buy when you travel? 💸
An aerial view of the Icelandic Highlands in summer 🚁 The patterns in these rhyolite mountains when the snow melts can result in interesting shapes. Sometimes the ridgelines even look like orcas! During winter, these patterns are not able to be seen as the mountains are completely smothered in a deep layer of snow ☃️ Have you ever wanted to visit the mysterious, unexplored area of the Highlands? I have just put the finishing touches on a new camping photo workshop! Check out the link in my BIO for more info ☺️

The last two weeks have been particularly challenging for me, because I had so many academic and work projects to do. I had to either pursue all of them sloppily, or take a break from one. 📲
So I decided to take a week off of Instagram. This happens to me from time to time, and can be really frustrating. It reminds me of my experience with my old MacBook 💻 a year ago. I mean this thing did not even have the “pro” tag on it, and was made in 2008. When I first moved to NYC 🗽 in 2012, I bought it for $300 on eBay. It had 1 Gig of RAM, and was as slow as airport WiFi. 😐
I was so stoked to have it though, because I could edit photos and videos without having to depend on borrowing someone else’s laptop. I am happiest, when I have the freedom to create when ever I want.
So this isn’t one of those stories, where I want you to feel sorry for me. I shared this with you, so you can gain some perspective on the advice experienced creators often share. 🤔
They will tell you to do what you do because you love it, and not with intentions of vanity.
For me, when you create because you have a burning passion to, the quality of your work and growth is what you should be focused on. 👨🏾💻
Because you love it so much, you have a better chance than others to actually succeed at what you do, because you are willing to stick with it in the good and the bad times. I’m in love with this creative process guys, both the good and the bad times.
Let’s enjoy the process together shall we?
