⚡️The rate at which you see progress in the first month or two is much quicker than the rate you’ll see progress with body fat and muscle gains after 1, 2, 3 or more years of training and better nutrition. A lot of people tend to become frustrated and quit because they don’t understand its normal to progress at a slower rate after sticking to your discipline for a while. Initially, the change to your lifestyle is a “shock” to your body so it lets go of a lot of water retention and body fat. Even putting on muscle becomes increasingly slower as years go by. -
⚡️These two pictures the difference is slight but it’s the progress I’ve made in the last 30 days. Both images taken in the morning right after waking up. I’ve tightened up my nutrition: less frequent cheat meals and more exciting nutritious day to day meals. As well as having a more set training routine. I’ve felt so much better mentally and physically. -
