1️⃣ Scapular Activation: In picture A we don’t see a activation of the muscles around the scapula; noticable in the lats-area as it appears much more obvious in pictur B. Even though the angle of the lean is pretty similiar A is much harder to maintain just because of this. 😓
2️⃣ Hollow Position: In picture B the core is activated (slightly exagerated too) and the core is in “a vacuum” state. This vacuum or pressure keeps the body stable and connects the lower - and upper body in a effective way. Whereas in picture A the hollow isn’t really there but the core is tense. However, here we mainly see the outer muscles working leaving the core not maximizes.
3️⃣ PPT & Leg Activation: Both positions have some degree of hip activation but picture A is lacking the full lock-out in the hip to fully connect the whole body. 🔥Please note that your body should be horizontally straight (use a higher chair to have your feet on). And your feet should be completely straight and feet flexed / pointed but my injury prevents me from it.

Dinner - Teriyaki baked salmon with stir fry and noodles. 3 syns for the toasted sesame oil and 1 syn for the teriyaki glaze. The rest is just Thai 7 spice, soy sauce and lemon juice 🍋 Breakfast was just an apple and low fat yoghurt and lunch was brought to my house by visitors and was some pre packed egg sandwiches and crisps 🙊 2/3 ain't bad though?! I also gave away a big bar of Cadburys Dairy Milk today that was gifted to me. I would just eat the whole thing so best it was gone! 🍫 Thankfully The Boy went down a dream tonight and although I'm still trying to juggle toddler bath and bed with the little guy's milk and bed, I managed to nail it tonight and he went down at 6:15pm and woke at 11pm for a feed, back to sleep and then up again at 3am, fed and back down again 👍 He also self settles at the mo which I desperately want to keep up but am painfully aware that it is likely to not last 😬🙏 Oh how different to last night's shenanigans...
