When do we see the issue, address it, then follow through with action long enough to solidify a change??
I’ll say this, I’ve been dog-on-tired of someone else’s choices that I felt made my life difficult. But what about those moments in my life when it was MY OWN choices that I couldn’t break or shake or willingly grow out of that caused me the most distress? The BIGGEST and most significant change in my life have come when I did the changing... not someone else👌🏾
When was the last time you made a rule that cell phones stay out the bedroom at night so there is space for intimacy. That the family eats dinner together at the table 3 nights a week. That only the first 10 min of a concert and the last 10 are “take selfies and videos” moments and the rest of the time you and the group will be FULLY present and dance like fools together. When was the time you didn’t push snooze and did not miss your early morning workout...When was the last time you talked about not accepting the comfortable option (that has *barely worked* and you wish you could change) any longer. When do we see the issue, address it, then follow through with action long enough to solidify a change??
How many times must we feel the distress of an unchanged pattern, behavior and a set of choices before the discomfort of change stops scaring us to inaction. When is enough finally going to be enough?

Guys I’ve got to be honest, having been bulking/ muscle gaining for a couple of months now I have recently started to feel like I’m falling off the bandwagon. I have come to accept my off season physique (which I didn’t find easy and still have moments where I wish I didn’t feel so bulky!) but I’m now finding it trickier to fall into a proper routine! Whilst I absolutely love training and feeling strong, uni work is picking up like crazy which has resulted in me missing the gym more often than I would like. This is of course not a major issue but today I felt so sluggish and really questioned whether I was doing the right thing. I guess we have all got to remember that we aren’t magic and it’s physically impossible to do absolutely everything all the time. (I need to actually tell myself this lol). On a positive note I did manage to squeeze in an amazing back session this evening as well as some cardio which made me feel tons better about the situation. I don’t want to moan or anything but just trying to say that we all sometimes feel that trying to do everything is just too much! And kinda hoping someone can relate 💕

Tanggal ngajuin judul skripsi, masih inget tuh ngajuin sama kaprodi yg biasanya banyak maunya, harus begini begitu, eh *ndilalaeh pas ngajuin dulu sekali nyodorin langsung acc judul (seriusan), udah dua tahun yang lalu, waktu cepet banget berlalu ternyata 😅
Kembali ke dunia perbekalan, bikin tumis pake minyak canola 1 sdm campur dada ayam, brokoli, wortel dan telor bumbunya pake bubuk cabe, bawang putih, lada, garam. Jangan lupa kasih air dikit biar ga gosong!
Belajar ngitung kalori walaupun gak tau deh akurat apa nggak nya. Pake timbangan bulek yg biasa buat bikin kue. Harus beli timbangan digital deh kayaknya biar gak rempong.
Pake nasi putih 50gr, kalo diitung total kalori bekel hari ini kurang lebih 330 kalori dan baru tau juga kalo kalori minyak zaitun lebih kecil daripada minyak canola. Tapi berhubung adanya minyak canola jd gapapa deh.
