Bulking season has been going really good for me. I've been feeling really strong in the gym. I've hit new PR's on all my lifts (deads, squat, and bench). • Current PR's: -deadlift 315lbs
•• I never weigh myself because my weight seems to always stay the same so I never base my progress on a scale. I go off of my body's imagine. I've been sticking to a more lean bulk because I really don't like the look of gaining "fat" (FOR ME). I essentially am doing a "clean bulk" where I am still eating healthy proteins and carbs and fat, but I eat more cheat meals and do less cardio than I normally would. ⚠️to help gain muscle, you should be increasing your calories as well as how often you are eating. Eat every 2 hours, 3-4 good size meals and 3 snacks (I.E. protein shake & something else if possible) #eatbigtogetbig 🐮💪🏼

Enjoying my time here in NYC with my girlfriend and getting ready to visit my parents tomorrow. I decided to take the time to visit a very important place in LGBT History: Stonewall Inn. Today I pay respect to an individual, one I did not know as personally as some of my friends but I knew of her. She served in the US Air Force and was a transwoman filled with such light and personality. May she rest in peace.
In the end we're all human. Today I raise my glass for all the transgender service members past, present and future. I raise it for those who deal with the struggles of Dysphoria. I raise it for those who live out and proud. I raise it for those who are in the closet. I raise it for those who fight it out alone with no support from friends or family. I raise for the teens and kids who are trying to be themselves despite what the rest of the world says. I thank all of you for being alive. Not one more suicide... Not one more murder... Transgender Day of Remembrance.
