Last week I could barely get the 110s up 6 times.. 2 Things that changed which most likely affected my strength: 🔸️Time of Day (0715 vs 1300) 🔸️Pre Workout Meal (43g of Oats vs Chipotle Burrito) I hate training 1st thing in the morning, but you gotta do what you gotta do. I miss lunch break workouts because that's when I had enough calories in my body to aid me thru my workouts.. Either way, I hit 110x3x10 which is better than last week.. slow progress is better than no progress! I'm still only weight training 3x a week and cardio 2x a week w/ 2 rest days.. let's see how this goes for another 4 weeks.
